From Prosecutor
to a Mission
Daniel Nagel isn't your average personal injury attorney. A lifelong resident of Clayton County with over 40 years of roots in the community, Daniel has built his career on one principle: fight for the people who need it most.
After graduating from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta in 2012, Daniel began his career at Georgia's largest criminal defense firm. His talent for courtroom advocacy caught the attention of the Clayton County District Attorney's Office, where he served as an Assistant District Attorney.
As an ADA, Daniel prosecuted serious felonies — from drug trafficking to capital offenses — and tried over 15 jury trials. That prosecutorial experience gave him something few personal injury attorneys have: the ability to build an airtight case from the ground up, anticipate the defense's strategy, and present evidence with the precision of someone who's spent years in the courtroom.
In 2021, he founded The Nagel Law Firm with a single purpose: to give injured Georgians the aggressive, honest representation that big-box firms rarely provide. When you hire Daniel, you get Daniel. He personally handles every case, communicates directly with every client, and fights as if his own family's future is on the line.
Daniel is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, ensuring that Atlanta's Hispanic community receives the same quality representation without language barriers.
